There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.

Kathleen is a successful former client of Ideal Protein. She accomplished a 48 pound weight loss in 17 weeks. She has maintained that weight loss for 15 months. Kathleen is a former Paramedic and was an ER tech for 11 years. She has completed Ideal Protein Weigh tLoss Training Module and was approved for clinic opening on October 2013.*

Matthew Berube RN

Matthew serves as the medical oversight for the clinic as well as a coach. Matthew is also a successful client of Ideal Protein accomplishing a 20 pound weight loss. Matthew has experience in general medical as well as cardiac care.*
